Attorney O’Donnell is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization whose purpose is to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, and courtesy in the legal profession. This group is also devoted to preserving our Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury. Please see for information on this most important constitutional right. 

In November 2014, Attorney O'Donnell was appointed to the Commision on Judicial Conduct (CJC) by Massachusetts Trial Court Chief Justice Paula M. Carey. The CJC, founded in 1978, is the state agency responsible for investigating complaints alleging that a state court judge has engaged in judicial misconduct or has a disability preventing him or her from properly performing judicial duties. The CJC is also responsible for pursuing, when it is appropriate, remedial action or discipline against state court judges. To learn more about the CJC, please visit
